One of the worst letting companies/individual - Jeremy Clarke I have ever dealt with. We were tenants at a property for nearly 4 years. We paid our rent every month,everytime they came out to do an inspection on the properties they were never any issues we wer told how well we kept the house clen and tody and een complimented it looked like a show home apart from the damp and mould we had to live with over the last year and a half as the workmen they sent were cowboys and did a poor job not rectifying th issues. We were given 2 months notice to vacate the property due to the landlord wanting to selling their properties due to their age and they were struggling to cope.They robbed us of our deposit and have now put the house back on the market and increased the rent by £395!!! Greedy,lying people. Chris Buse and Verity are a credit to a bad company

Kirsty, I am sorry that you feel that way. We acted on the landlord's instructions at all times. After a month, the landlords approached us and advised that they had decided against selling after advice from sales agents, they asked us to find new tenants, hence why the property is re-advertised as it is.
