One of the worst letting companies/individual - Jeremy Clarke I have ever dealt with. We were tenants at a property for nearly 4 years. We paid our rent every month,everytime they came out to do an inspection on the properties they were never any issues we wer told how well we kept the house clen and tody and een complimented it looked like a show home apart from the damp and mould we had to live with over the last year and a half as the workmen they sent were cowboys and did a poor job not rectifying th issues. We were given 2 months notice to vacate the property due to the landlord wanting to selling their properties due to their age and they were struggling to cope.They robbed us of our deposit and have now put the house back on the market and increased the rent by £395!!!
