The process is very slick, our house was sold within 2 weeks and l can only put that down to an amazing team. Katie, Catherine and Charlotte amongst others are absloutely fantastic in getting the job done and keeping us well informed throughout every stage of the process. Unfortunately the sale didn't go through after four months which l must say had nothing to do with JP who did not delay in getting the process started again and this time found a buyer in less than two weeks.
