My dealings with JP Brimelow Chorlton branch began January 2022 when I met the manager Eddie whilst dealing with the potential sale of an recently deceased elderly neighbours property. I was impressed with his professional but friendly attitude and recommended the family use Brimelow. Shortly after I considered selling my house and got them out to give me a valuation. Having been there for over 30yrs and emotionally attached I was unsure whether I'd sell. Brimelows were understanding and put no pressure on me at all. Eventually December I made the decision to sell. Brimelow were great took photos and presented it that well I nearly bought it myself!!! It sold on the 1st day of viewings. The only thing I would say is that it wasnt clear who would do the viewings. I was more than content to do this. The representative that came arrived 10 minutes prior to viewings and had very little knowledge of my property. After the sale had been agreed I dealt mainly with Charlotte at the branch who was very helpful and understanding it was quite emotional to sell. I also spoke to other members of staff who again werr friendly, helpful and professional. My sale is now complete. On the day I went to drop the keys off. I must apologise to Charlotte as I meant to thank her properly but was a bit emotional. So thankyou to you Charlotte and the team there.
