I both bought and sold through JP Brimelow and found the service Charlotte gave excellent. It wasn’t a straightforward transaction as the chain collapsed lower down a couple of times but Charlotte helped hold the process together and get everything back on track.

We recently sold and bought through JP and Brimelow. Although the conveyancing process was extraordinarily challenging and drawn out, we were looked after through the whole process by Carole. A special thanks to her for all her hard work during the process and seeing it through successfully to the end.

Charlotte was very helpful in keeping the sale going, talking to my solicitor and arranging visits with tradespeople to give me quotes. Catherine also helped me to get through the initial sales process. These areas of help were very important in a place such as Chorlton where a purchaser is competing and needs assistance to manage a complex process.
