I have bought and sold properties 4 times in the Chorlton area and have always done this through JP Brimelow. The way they have their office set up allows different departments to deal with different aspects of the buying/selling process. They have experience and actually care about getting the house completed, rather than just getting paid at the end (I deal with agents in my line of work). Jodie was great during the viewing stage and Carole during the legal process. She helped move along the slightly hesitant and nervous first time buyers to a satisfactory end. Thanks again guys!!

JP & Brimelow have been brilliant. From start to finished we felt supported by a professional and experienced team. This was our first sell and purchase transaction, the team made it seamless. Special mention to Charlotte who went the extra mile. She was attentive, flexible and insightful throughout. You really made the difference. Easiest five stars ever! Where to start? From the moment we arranged our first viewing to the moment we moved in, JP & Brimelow were fantastic. We were lucky enough to find a wonderful house for sale in Chorlton Green, after viewing the property, Rachael who was dealing with the offer side of the process was really kind and really helpful in what was a really emotional time for us, as we had a lot of hope riding on this house! We had our offer accepted and from then on, the sales progression team were exceptional - Carole, (I cannot praise enough) was our main sales progressor, she was SO helpful, very quick to respond to any queries, helped the process along no end, and was so friendly and nice on the phone. I would like a special mention going to Charlotte and to Jodie too, who also were involved in responding to us (very quickly) during the process and who also chased a lot up for us. Thank you! As an aside, you can see JP & Brimelow clearly really care about the properties they market, their staff and also the local community, we follow their page on Instagram and there's a constant flow of positive content and recommendations for local businesses. Really, really impressed.

Fair to say that without the input of Carole and team at Brimelow, the chain we were involved in may well have collapsed during a lengthy process that was extremely frustrating for all involved. The Brimelow team managed to keep the process going despite the issues being caused by others in the chain. Very glad they were on our side.

Ryan came to value my property and showed me around a property for sale. On both occasions I found him to be friendly and extremely professional. Having dealt with other estate agents it was refreshing to liaise with someone who listened to my requirements in order to understood what type of property I wanted. We sold our property recently through JP Brimelow and are extremely happy with how Charlotte, our contact guided us though the process and made the whole sale as stress free as possible, with regular check ins, advice and fantastic communication throughout. I’d certainly recommend them if you are looking to buy or sell in Manchester.
