You’re absolutely right that many of the people who make JP & Brimelow work day to day are the all the team based in my office on Barlow Moor Road, they will look after sales progression, negotiations, and client care. Everyone plays a vital role in delivering the service we’re proud of, and their contribution is hugely valued within the business. Our intention is never to appear arrogant or misrepresent how the business operates, and feedback like this is helpful in making sure what we put out publicly reflects the reality of our team and culture more accurately.
