We accepted an offer within a week of the flat being on the market and had the support of the team during the price negotiations. The sale process took a number of months, due to detailed enquiries and requirements from the buyer’s solicitor, as well as dealing with the freeholder and the land registry. During this process, Charlotte kept checking in with both sides of the transaction, regularly chasing progress with the solicitors and liaising between me and the buyer. She gave me good advice at various stages during the process. Overall, she was calm, professional and politely persistent in pushing the sale forward. Overall I felt that we were in good hands from the first meeting with Ryan to the call from Charlotte to congratulate me on completion.
