Disappointing and Unprofessional Service I recently enquired about a property with JP & Brimelow and was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Sales Manager Danny Kyles. His response was not only dismissive and condescending but also gave the impression that certain buyers are not welcomed by this agency. While I understand the need for vetting potential buyers, Danny’s tone was unnecessarily defensive and rigid. His statements, such as “99% of people are more than happy” and “if not, we cannot help you,” made it clear that my enquiry was not valued. Instead of offering a helpful and professional response, he suggested I try other agents, which felt outright dismissive. Furthermore, I couldn’t help but feel that my treatment was influenced by bias. As a Muslim, I felt unwelcome and unfairly singled out. Businesses should be inclusive and treat all potential clients with the same level of respect, regardless of background. To fellow Muslims and anyone expecting fair, professional treatment, I would advise staying away from this agency. There are many other estate agents who will treat you with the respect and courtesy that all clients deserve.
