From the very beginning of the process of selling our home JP Brim were excellent. Their staff took time to understand our needs and were extremely helpful and very quick to respond to give us advice and answer our questions. Due to changes in the UK economy the sale of our house was protracted. This was compounded by significant challenges on the part of the buyers advisors. However, Carole was amazing and I am sure that we would not have got through the extreme stress of this process nor actually sold our house without Carole. She held all the parties together in what was an extremely complex and fast changing situation. She communicated between everyone with efficiency and at all times was really clear.
