Don't support sellers...

Not a great experience. Over ambitious on our sale price at outset which led to months of no offers

It seems like this agency does not want to sell the property. The property in question has been on the market since July with no offers, and I contacted them in September as our family was genuinely interested in buying it. I registered with the agency from the outset and provided my current address, which is in a different city as I am currently relocating. They then requested supporting documents that I have never been asked for by other agents. After multiple calls back and forth and providing all the requested information, I was eventually told that they could not accommodate a third-party viewing. In this case, the first viewing would have been carried out by a family member who is also a qualified property surveyor. I was a genuine prospective buyer, but unfortunately, the agency did not seem willing to go the extra mile to facilitate the viewing. No wonder the property is still on the market when genuine buyers are faced with this kind of process. Overall, a very disappointing and appalling experience.

Estate agents have a rep that's on a par with Phillip Schofield's, and this outfit did little to redress. Wrong timings, lack of communication and frustrating opening hours (no viewings possible on coronation day...) Appreciate it's a tough market at present but there were a few own goals along the way.
