JP & Brimelow dealt with the sale of our family’s flat in Whalley Range. My sister and I met with Ryan at the property when we were deciding which agents to go with. He was knowledgeable about the local market and the type of buyer who would be interested in the flat. Whilst we had some work done to get the property ready for sale, he kept in touch and responded promptly when we were ready to put the flat on the market. The client paperwork was clear and understandable. There was a slight discrepancy in the initial paperwork, which Ryan and the team apologised for and corrected immediately. The photos and videos taken by Harry really showed how good the flat looked after we’d renovated it. We accepted an offer within a week of the flat being on the market and had the support of the team during the price negotiations. The sale process took a number of months, due to detailed enquiries and requirements from the buyer’s solicitor, as well as dealing with the freeholder and the land registry. During this process, Charlotte kept checking in with both sides of the transaction, regularly chasing progress with the solicitors and liaising between me and the buyer. She gave me good advice at various stages during the process. Overall, she was calm, professional and politely persistent in pushing the sale forward. Overall I felt that we were in good hands from the first meeting with Ryan to the call from Charlotte to congratulate me on completion.

I would Highly recommend JP Brimelow for selling your Property. With a special mention to the sales Valuer Ryan. From the initial phone call to Ryan , the property Appraisal and then marketing photos all happening within a week which is a exceptionally quick turnaround. Ryan is so personalable and goes over and above with great communications and help with getting the property ready for market. The process has been seamless with very minimal effort needed from our behalf with the agents taking the pressure off ourselves. The quality of the Marketing pack produced by Lauren and Katie was exceptional. The photographers Harry and Connor optimised the features of the property but true to the character of the house. Since the property has been advertised we are over the moon with how much interest has been generated and viewings been booked in with excellent communications from the Sales team.
