The follow up team from when we accepted the offer were superb. Sandra was in regular contact, keeping us up to date with where the process was, and dealt with any bumps in the process very efficiently. Right to completion, and beyond, contact was maintained. The process could have been even more stressful for my parents without this help and guidance.
