We used Parkers to sell our house in Chinnor and we couldn't recommend them enough, the whole team were absolutely fantastic! From the initial valuation to the completion day, Jayson was on hand to advise and support us through all the decision making. They made the house photography very easy for us when managing our toddler too! Jayson went above and beyond to communicate with Solicitors throughout the whole chain to ensure a smooth transaction, especially when others in the chain were putting our buyers under pressure and solicitors were causing delays. Communication from the team was second to none from the very start. Email queries were answered so promptly, which was important for us as we were new to the whole process. I recently purchase a property in Thame through Parkers and became highly impressed with how diligent, professional & calm the whole team were despite torturous activity further down the chain. Special mention goes to Jayson who not only handled my purchase, but having responsibility for others in the chain effectively took charge of the whole chain and his interactions negotiated a way through all occurrences and kept the chain alive. Furthermore, this even included attending to details concerning my own house sale whose responsibility lay with another agent.
