Don't even think about it. Put your place on the market with Charlie. - You won't regret it! The short story is that we put our house on the market in March 2025 and had an offer accepted in April, that has just recently exchanged and completed. The longer story involves first putting the house on the market in August 2023, and then having to place the sale on hold due to complications beyond our control. Neither of these stories do justice to all the hard work that Charlie puts in to getting your sale over the line. When the sale was on hold, Charlie regularly checked in with us to see if the status had changed. - Always courteous, never encroaching. When we were able to place the house on the market again, there was only one person we wanted to go with, and that was Charlie. I worked closely with Charlie and found him to be a fantastic partner to work with. Exactly what you hope an estate agent to be. Diligent, trustworthy, and always proactive in trying to get the house sale completed, whether that was chasing the buyer, the buyer’s solicitor, my solicitor, or even me.
