Joe was able to effectively support us through the sale process, he was very proactive in speaking with people who viewed our property and when we had an unresponsive conveyancer in the chain below us he played a key role in our sale progressing for our onward purchase. It wasn't an easy market in which to sell the property and it did need some work doing to it. Despite this, Joe's motivation never waivered and I felt reassured that the sale and marketing of the property was in the best possible hands. When we did receive offers, we found Joe to be an excellent negotiator and he worked hard to get us the best possible price. I would not hesitate to use Ewe Move again and can't recommend them highly enough.
