Joe was a superstar. I have had very bad experiences with estate agents in the past and was dreading starting the process again this time around. Joe and Giovanni visited us on a bank holiday Monday at a time to suit us, took time to get to know our property and talked at length about our valuation and strategy for the marketing and sale of the property. Throughout the entire process, Joe made made himself available for all viewings, including evenings and weekends - very rare in my experience - and provided us with detailed feedback each time. He always followed up viewings providing us with feedback and kept on top of any interest. Joe managed our offer perfectly helping us to get best value and he was constantly in touch updating us with all progress throughout the sale. It felt like a friend who genuinely cared was looking after our sale. This has been our smoothest house sale, and I would not hesitate to recommend Joe from Ewemove.

Finally got round to submitting this review, now the unpacking is finished. In theory I should be writing a review for our estate agent and not the estate agent that we purchased from! However, we would have been lost and highly stressed if it had not be for Matt at Ewemove, he kept us up to date with everything more that our own estate agent, he did most of the chasing down the chain etc. His professionalism and friendly nature (with no BS) puts him way above any agent we have used in the past. I will definitely use Matt in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone else.
