As a buyer they were great to deal with, regular and friendly communication, honest and transparent. From viewing to completion I've not had any issues with the service, it's been delightful. From Lee arranging the viewings and promptly finding out further info for me and then to Melanie who's kept on top of everything and gone above and beyond from putting in the offer to completion. It's been bumpy with the conveyancers but with Melanie at the wheel everything's just felt smoother 'thank God for Mel!' Absolutely would recommend.
