Our chain experienced a number of different issues but Melanie went above and beyond to hold the chain together in which she succeeded. Liz was always at hand to answer any queries and gave good advice. She was also a great negotiator. John’s knowledge of the property market and local area was second to none so I knew we were in good hands. Communication was great. Staff were very friendly.
