John Payne are a great estate agents. They are proactive and helpful. Mel helped immensely to get the sale complete and went over and above contacting solicitors and all parties involved. She was a constant support in this move. Feedback to improve further would be that if it wasn't for my partner we would have pulled out of this sale, it did feel as though we did not get any of our times or dates agreed to, this was all when the seller requested including the seller changing there mind and saying they would be in no chain and then being in one alongside a minor thing of an extension of the move out time on the last day. I had 3 solicitors and 2 mortgages to deal with on my end this included a lease extension, a remortgage and one to buy with John Payne. I had to continually line these up with the moving dates. So it was not simple for me to keep moving this. I don't think this was factored in. I do feel like the balance in this was with the seller. Still 5 stars for the hardwork on this but there were periods where I was looking on Rightmove for a different house and also spoke to my broker about the ease of changing to something else. Great service overall.
