Nothing but excellent service from this Estate Agency! I put my house on the market in January but due to Covid the sale took 10 months! We had to jump through so many hoops and we lost the first buyer due to matters outside of our control. This was my first house sale so I had many questions/concerns - I felt like i rang them way too much, but they were always happy to speak to me. We have been letting through Martin and Co for nearly 7 years now and part of the reason we’ve stayed in this property so long is because Martin and Co make it incredibly easy to rent. As a tenant you worry that repairs won’t get sorted quickly but no matter what we report, it gets sorted promptly and efficiently. We’re always kept updated and the contractors that they use are very professional and friendly and get the job done quickly. We know a lot of the contractors now and nothing is ever too much trouble. Highly recommend Martin and Co as letting agents.
