Absolutely fantastic team! It is my first time renting a property and the team spoke me through everything and provided me with full in-depth information. The property was already agreed in letting, and came back on the market. They let me know straight away, and offered the property to myself first. They spoke me through the application and put up with my millions of questions. Gabrielle and Kerry were outstanding and made me feel at ease, especially as a young woman renting in a new area. Gabrielle, the branch manager at Martin & Co, has been amazingly helpful. I was looking to change estate agents to Martin & Co but unfortunately, due to being in a contract elsewhere, I couldn’t. Gabrielle continued to check in with me to see how I was getting on with the sale of my property, offered helpful insights into the market and gave her opinion on my advert even though she knew at that time I couldn’t switch to Martin & Co. Amazing service and a very professional approach. I called Martin and co because I was looking for a professional opinion on the value of a property, I was connected to Gabrielle the branch manager and after a short conversation with her, it would have been obvious that my request would have no financial reward to the company. But this had no influence on the way I was treated, I was given an appointment with one of her team, Anna Bentley. Anna arranged to meet me at the property and sent a confirmation email. On the day it was raining and cold but Anna arrived on time and gave all the time and professional help I needed, it was also followed up with a detailed report. It’s really refreshing change to work with a team / company who put PEOPLE BEFORE PROFIT !
