Recently Had a viewing with maria at a property. Although the property wasnt right for us i wanted to say it was one of the best experiences we had in dealing with a lettings agent. She was attentive, friendly and seemed genuinely interested in the property. I was very impressed.

I have lived away from Chesterfield for over 30 years and it was difficult to know which company to use to let my parents' house. I chose Martin based on 30 Google reviews which gave 5 stars. The reviewers were correct. Faye has proved to be enormously helpful in guiding us through the whole process of renting. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
