Our overall experience with Martin & Co has been a great one. From start to finish, the process of renting a property was easy & stress-free. Our estate agent/point of contact (Samuel Knight) was extremely helpful & couldn't do enough to ensure that we got settled into our new home as quickly as possible/with ease. When we arrived at the property, everything and more had been done - the house was clean and in pristine condition. We would definitely recommend Martin & Co, as we could not be happier with the service provided.

Very efficient and helpful service. Sold our house within 3 days and moved within 2 months. Excellent photographs and pitched just right. Only one negative was the solicitor that they recommended for our buyer was slow, hard to contact and told some lies. That wasn’t Martin & co’s fault but I would not be recommending them to customers again based on our experience. Thanks to the team for your hard work with out house sale.
