Hunters provided a professional service from start to finish. A fair price was agreed on and the tree was no charge for the EPC or accompanied viewings. Unfortunately, a protracted sale ensued with the first buyer dropping out after 14 weeks! However, Hunters found me a new cash buyer within 24 hours and completion followed within a further six weeks. Nothing was too much trouble for Donna, who got back to me immediately - even taking time to reply to me on her day off. She’s a credit to the Chesterfield branch and anyone lucky enough to have her assisting with their sale is in safe hands. Thanks also to Ashley who found me a second buyer without delay. Fair rates, excellent service and a keen understanding of the local housing market - I’d recommend Hunters to anyone selling in the Chesterfield area.
