Avoid this estate agency at all costs. They assured us that a professional clean would be carried out before my sister moved into the property. That was clearly a lie — the place was filthy when she arrived. We’re talking dust on every surface, sticky kitchen counters, hair in the bathroom drains, and a smell that suggested nobody had even bothered to air it out, let alone clean it. Shockingly, there was even mouldy bread left in one of the kitchen cupboards, which tells you exactly how little attention had been paid. No deep cleaning of carpets either meaning sister had to get it professionally cleaned. Not what was promised. But that wasn’t the only issue. Communication from this agency has been consistently poor. Once the contract was signed, they were practically impossible to reach. Emails went unanswered for days. When we called, we were passed from person to person, none of whom seemed to know anything about the property or our concerns. It felt like once they had our money, they simply stopped caring. To make matters worse, the inventory they provided was outdated and riddled with inaccuracies, which could easily be used against tenants later when it comes to deposit disputes. It’s almost as if they’re setting people up for problems from day one. The lack of accountability is shocking. When we brought these issues up, they gave vague promises to “look into it” and then did absolutely nothing. If you’re looking for an agency that takes zero responsibility, hides behind excuses, and treats tenants with total disregard, then this is the one for you. Otherwise, stay far away. There are plenty of reputable agencies out there — this one is not among them
