For many years I have been playing with the idea of renting out my property, I had concerns and I had worries. What if I couldn't get a tenant? What if the property was vacant for a long period of time? I went to Northwood in Chester after seeing some advertising I had seen around town, I called up, explained my situation and I was invited in to discuss what service they could provide based on my circumstances. I have to say what a pleasant experience it was, Northwood should provide themselves on the staff they hire. I was greeted with a smile and an open mind. They listened, they didn't have a heavy sales pitch ready and waiting and provided a tailor made plan which fit inline with my needs. All my questions were answered in a way I understood and the unique selling point for me is there guaranteed rent scheme. Overall, very very happy with the service I have received from Northwood, credit to all of the staff! Keep up the good work! 5 Stars!
