James showed me around a beautiful cottage, but, just in the wrong area for me. He's the only estate agent I've ever come across who has been so helpful. Not only very informative on the property but the surrounding area. He also has an array of building knowledge and trades people at his fingertips! A great after service! Overall, I think his service shows what estate agents should be, not the usual key in door and "this is the property'. Thank you James.
