James is an absolute star of an estate agent. He goes above and beyond in all aspects, supporting us from the very start of our house sale all the way through. He would be a bargain at twice the price. He was constantly available for all of our (many) questions. He provided welcome gifts, post sale gifts, and even cuddly toys for our kids. Beyond all of that, he is just a genuinely nice guy. If we ever move again I will definitely be using James.

James showed me around a beautiful cottage, but, just in the wrong area for me. He's the only estate agent I've ever come across who has been so helpful. Not only very informative on the property but the surrounding area. He also has an array of building knowledge and trades people at his fingertips! A great after service!
