Amazing !!! Approximately 1 week from advertised my house is sold subject to contract and cannot give the staff at Chester le Street branch enough thanks in helping me through this process there sound honest help and advice for me was invaluable.. I lost my wife on Feb 6th 2024 after 51 years together and have decided to downsize and I’m not sure if I could have managed without all of the above Thank You Everyone 🙏🏽
