My son rented a shared house and was charged for repairs that your contractors did the damage to but being a young lad he just paid for the damage and then this year when he had finished at university you done the same you gave him a stained mattress at beginning of tenancy then charged him for it when it was second hand you have not answerd any of our calls this is abuse of the vulnerable in society the young with nowhere to live your company is absolutely disgraceful i will carry on with my quest for the money back its appalling in this day and age a company like yours does this do not use this company .... more to come
