I telephoned to make enquiries about viewing a property. I am clinically vulnerable. The property is vacant. I asked if I'd be able to look with agent in attendance but not in same room. Safeguarding the property was the mantra! I explained agent could observe from other rooms and was refused. I'm at a total loss. Surely this is at very least poor customer service and at worst discriminatory. The sales individual even went off to ask for further guidance and came back with the "safeguarding the property" mantra. JW Woods will only let me view with agent in same room!
