When solicitors weren't communicating, Jenny kept both sides of the sale informed and because she was able to speak with all the solicitors, as well as the buyer/ seller, she could gauge whether there was anything to worry about. Her experience also meant she could tell us what was 'normal' - when you sell your home after a couple of decades, that's helpful. She called reguarly to keep us updated. She was my go to person with any queries because I knew I'd get a speedy, polite and well informed response. This service was worth every penny.
