James was an absolute dream of an agent. Yes, they do exist! A good agent is hard to come by, you will not find a better agent than James. My sale was a difficult process taking 9 months in total. This was no fault to James, it was poor communucation and lack of process or care from the buyers solicitors. If I didn't have James as my agent I can guatantee you it would have never completed. James went above and beyond ( there isn't many that will) he was on the front foot at all times, personable, caring, dealt with my rants and kept me on track.
