When Andrew came to my house for the initial valuation I was very impressed with his knowledge and awareness of the property market in the surrounding area. The photos (which he took himself) were extremely professional and portrayed my house and garden perfectly. Andrew's property description was also delightful! Andrew conducted all viewings and provided feedback immediately afterwards. Once I secured a buyer, Andrew was extremely proactive and kept me updated regularly (way out of office hours). He gave me constant reassurance throughout the negotiations. Andrew provides a service that goes way above and beyond anything a High Street Estate Agent can offer.
