Frost was the agents for the people I was buying from, and they, especially Gemma Testa, were very good at answering my questions when there was a delay (nothing to do with agents or vendors) and keeping me informed. She was very friendly and upbeat. If I were to sell the house now (heaven forbid, once a decade is more than frequent enough given our archaic system) I would use Frosts as my agent, and would recommend them to others.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
