We recently purchased a property through Frosts, and found them very easy to deal with. Jacqui at Chesham was able to answer any of the questions we had, and kept the process moving smoothly by communicating with lawyers and vendors as required. I can't speak on the selling side, but certainly Frosts made the purchase process straightforward.
