With many organisations a bland comment such as “they were great” suffices in reviews, but with Frost Partnership in Chesham we have had the most wonderful service. As first time buyers, we approached the whole house buying world with a degree of anxiety. Many questions whirled around our heads, and we were worried that perhaps we’d ask a stupid question and be judged for that. From the very start Jacqui Cuthbert, the office manager, was simply wonderful. Kind and patient to a degree that quite caught us out. While we could have prefaced a question with, “This might be a silly question, please forgive us” she never replied in anything other than generously-given knowledge. We cannot recommend Frost Partnership too highly. We trusted all of their staff implicitly. When we collected our keys (a great day), Jacqui was away from the office. Her colleague gave us a great smile, and words of congratulations and then handed us three things: a bunch of keys, a sheaf of change of address cards and a bouquet of flowers. They could not have made us happier. We have much to be grateful to Frost Partnership for.
