Our property was a two bed roomed bungalow which had been converted with two bedroom & bathrooms upstairs. We were with another agent for over a year but a sale did not materialise and Frosts came back to us. Jacqui and her team impressed us with their enthusiasm and natural charm but despite their heroic efforts it took two years to sell. As so often happens, when a property has become stale, buyers smell blood and sales staff look for easyoptions.However,we never doubted the stoicism of Jacqui and her team. Our buyer's solicitor was a wild card, so described by our buyer but Jacqui showed resolve in her dealings with him. Having moved house ten times, this sale was the most trying for us by some distance, but our relationship with Frosts remained positive throughout and why I am happy to write this review.

Very good service from Freddie in 2 x properties I viewed everything I needed to know he was able to answer and was very helpful. Freddie was interested and not rushing me to view the property was very professional and helpful agent. Next day Freddie was even getting feedback and my thoughts to feedback to the landlords.

Owen was nice and patience gave all the details of the property for my viewing. The team also did a checkin.
