This was the first time we have moved house in 30 years and we knew it would be a stressful time. We warmed to Oliver Davis from the Property Centre immediately and his no-nonsense but professional approach to our sale requirements made the whole experience so much better than we expected. Even when things became really difficult, Oliver stepped in and calmly took over communications with our new build company from whom we were buying, and smoothed the way with both them and our buyers. Everything went to the wire but a last minute intervention by Oliver ensured the exchange of contracts went ahead and a successful completion was achieved. We all breathed a sigh of relief thanks to Oliver’s fantastic efforts. We are very grateful for all his work and excellent communication skills.
