Within two days, I was viewing; within an hour I'd made an offer, within a couple more hours it had been accepted. VERY efficient. Every single time I rang, the phone was ALWAYS answered, either by Simon or Kim; my own agents were frequently unattainable and calls frequently went to the answering-machine. I never once experienced this with TPC, and nothing was too much trouble.
