When it came to putting my house on the market, I had them on my shortlist of estate agents to sound out and Barney at the Cheltenham office was really helpful in talking me through the way sales work, and what to look out for etc. Once I had decided to go ahead with them, I received a very professional and friendly service from Barney and other members of staff throughout the period of creating high quality marketing media, viewings, offers and leading up to exchange of contacts. Rachel at the Cheltenham office, followed by Ocoee at head office were really on the ball and did a great job of keeping me up to date with the progress of the sale. Oliver did a great job of chasing the solicitors involved when the decision about exchange of contacts and completion dates kept getting delayed. In general, the team were always quick to respond when I asked for advice or information, and if a team member I had been dealing with wasn’t available, their colleague was always able to quickly respond and know what was going on with my sale. In summary, I have been very happy with the service offered by The Property Centre and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone selling a house in the Cheltenham area.
