Barney was incredibly helpful - I've heard stories of having to chase estate agents to get them to tell you what's happening, but Barney was so on top of it, calling us and checking to see how we were and updating us on the processes. As first time buyers, it was really useful to have somebody there who knew the ins and outs and what to expect and what everything meant. He was also great with liaising with the vendor and every question we had was answered incredibly quickly. Couldn't recommend Barney and the team enough!
