Everyone I dealt with was super helpful, Lisa was great from the start. I found her to be very friendly and efficient in setting up the viewing, re-confirming with me on the day, as I had some potential scheduling issues. She kept in touch with me over the phone daily through the process making it feel simple. Selena was also quick to respond to any queries I had over email too. Overall a very smooth and personal experience
