We originally started working with CJ Hole back in early 2019 and after getting a few quotes through 4 or 5 of the Cheltenham based Estate Agents, we decided that Jackie at CJ Hole would be the best person to get our sale. The photos were taken by Jackie and they turned out great and we reviewed the description fo our property before we put it up for sale. We had a few viewings in the first week and accepted an offer within the first 10 days. Unfortunately, due to our onward purchase, we eventually had to drop out. The main contact we had through was Jenni who was always on the ball and quick to reply. So, over the space of 2 years, we tried to buy 3 houses, and it kept falling through due to the chain. There were 4 occasions where CJ Hole had to find a new buyer for us due to our onward falling through or being delayed, and always within 10 days we had an offer accepted. They also have a list of potential buyers they contact so its always quick to get an offer accepted. They always stuck to Covid restrictions during viewings and left our house exactly as we left it after viewings. Finally we found the perfect house to purchase and we were able o complete the sale in 2021. Having worked with a few estate agents over trying to purchase a few houses, I must say that CJ Hole were the best. In the future if we look to move (hopefully not too soon since its taken us so long to move), we will use CJ Hole for our sale.

CJH were highly efficient. They were quick to make arrangements and go live after recommending an excellent photographer and independent solicitor. All staff who would conduct viewings visited our house beforehand for a full briefing/guided tour before viewings commenced. They were supportive, proactive and maintained good communications throughout, facilitating a very satisfactory outcome. They provided a totally professional service, and Jeremy gave excellent advice when we hit problems. We cannot recommend Jeremy Prosser and his staff highly enough.

We asked three Estate Agents to value my mother-in-law's property and Jackie at C J Hole was a clear winner. She was friendly but professional, had done her homework on the property, its locality and the market, and evidenced this with examples of sales of similar properties. Unlike the others, she was able to both value the property and have an idea of potential buyers who might be interested in it - others seem to have made a distinction between the roles of taking properties on and selling them. Her timeline for bringing the property to market was clear and her follow up immediate. Having made the decision to go with C J Hole, her team organised the EPC, photos, property details and Rightmove marketing within a week and the property sold on the first day of viewings. Good communication since then meant that the whole process has been completed within 2 months. We would definitely recommend Jackie, Jenni, Charlotte and the team at C J Hole.

After finding our property we were able to quickly arrange a viewing within a couple of hours of sending an enquiry, for the next day (on a Saturday which was great!) and we decided we wanted to take it, so on the Monday we started the process, it all moved nice and quickly and all our questions were answered swiftly and professionally and even when we had a second viewing and there was an issue with access to the property it was dealt with efficiently. Molly has been really helpful and always there when needed!

National circumstances blighted the dale of the property - from elections, BREXIT, Christmas to 3 COVID lockdowns... C J Hole (Jackie and Jenny especially) have been holding our hands all the way and finally it has gone. The company organised video viewings (lovely pictures) to side step lockdown and have been professional throughout what was an emotional time. Thoroughly recommend.
