Ethan Marlborough, who is based at the Cheltenham office, was extremely informative, professional and polite at all times- a really lovely chap !

We had 4 quotes completed by Cheltenham based estate agents and chose Jeremy at CJ Hole as he had clearly done his research on the property, gave me an honest view and a competitive price. Two initial things I really liked were the team viewings of the property so that everyone hosting viewings knew the property and all the details. Secondly, the recommended professional photographer was amazing. Highly recommend everyone use this service - it’s a small cost in the grand scheme of things and the photos looked great. CJ Hole was quick to get viewings in, had lined up prospective buyers before the property had gone live online. We had a few offers within a couple of weeks and agreed a buyer shortly after. Jenni was our main contact and she has been fantastic. Always responding to phone calls or emails, answer any questions and was a great go between the solicitors and our buyer making sure everything ran smoothly. We are so pleased we chose CJ Hole.
