It's so upsetting and anxiety provoking when I fulfil everything I have to, keeping my flat in an immaculate condition, furnish it like it's your own, always pay rent, make improvements at my own cost, to be treated so terribly unfairly. My beautiful 70s theme lounge has had mould, damp, water leakage since moving in. I've reported everything, as is my duty but repairs are left to get worse and I'm agued with and sometimes even blamed!! My beautiful furniture / items are now damaged and have not been restored /replaced. I've just had to replace the washing machine that's never worked, too. It's hard to feel safe when immediate neighbours are inappropriate and involved with disability hate, ASB and again nothing's done. It's really difficult and depressing. Private renting in this town is hellish. There should be more help and regulation to protect fabulous tenants like me. I more than fulfil my obligations.
