Unreasonable Demands and Disrespectful Attitude Our experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing, especially after the landlord decided to sell the property. They have shown no regard for our rights as tenants and have made unreasonable demands that disrupt our daily lives. We have two young children, one attending preschool who needs to be picked up in the afternoon, and a one-year-old baby who needs a quiet environment for naps and rest. We also need to cook, eat, and prepare lunch for our child at school. The weather is cold and often rainy, and our home is filled with children’s essentials, which means ensuring a safe and stable environment is a priority. Despite this, the agency has continuously pressured us with unreasonable requests, using a demanding and dismissive tone: ✅ They repeatedly asked us to leave the house entirely during viewings, completely ignoring the fact that our baby needs to rest indoors. ✅ They inquired if the viewing times would clash with our lunch, but it was clear their real intention was to discourage us from cooking or eating during those times, showing a total lack of concern for our child’s needs. ✅ They explicitly stated that we should not “shadow” them during viewings, yet as current residents, we have every right to ensure our belongings are secure and be aware of who is entering our home. ✅ They even complained that our family being home made viewings difficult, as if our presence in our own rented home was an inconvenience to them. The landlord may have the right to sell the property, but as tenants, we also have rights. This agency has clearly taken the landlord’s side and failed to respect our legal right to live in the home without unnecessary interference. Their communication style is not polite requests but constant pressure and commands, making the experience highly unpleasant. ⚠ If you are considering renting through this agency, think twice! They do not respect tenants, and if your landlord decides to sell, you may find yourself in a very stressful situation.
