We purchased a property. Vendor was flexible in allowing us access facilitated through CJ Hole. At first visit CJ Hole showed up precisely on time and gave us space to consider our thoughts only interjecting to answer queries raised. Unpressurised. Our requests to the vendor were promptly forwarded and responded. We were given key access when needed, with staff volunteering to attend out of hours to deliver and collect keys.
