After deciding we would like to move, but needing to know how much our house is worth before really looking, i thought i would try CJ Hole for a valuation. Only to be told "we cant help you". I presume this is because they dont want to help if you dont have a house lined up or an eye on one to buy. How are you meant to know what houses to look at if you dont know the budget? After asking why, i was told "we dont really deal with that side of Cheltenham". Although our next door neighbours was sold via Cj Hole and is only 7minutes away. Will be using another estate agents to sell our house with who actually seem to want to help.
